It is important to have a strong password for your account with us. We encrypt your password, which makes it almost impossible for an outsider to extract the correct password by 'force'. But it doesn't matter how we store your password here if it's weak and guessable by an attacker. Therefore, make sure you have numbers, lowercase and uppercase letters, and no common words in your password. It should also be at least eight characters long and preferably contain special characters.

If your login credentials have been compromised in any way, you must change your password immediately. It's not just you who can become a victim if an attacker uses your account.

By protecting your strong password, you also reduce the risk of being blacklisted on our website. Accounts and associated IP addresses (compromised or not) used to violate our terms of service and/or our integrity policy will be blacklisted. If we didn't do that, we couldn't say that we do everything to create a safe environment for online dating. We protect our members.
